Smoking Policy
天天看片 has made an academic commitment to wellness. Part of that commitment is manifest in our compliance with the Nevada System of Higher Education and State of Nevada policy prohibiting smoking inside any building owned or leased by the State of Nevada or GBC/NSHE. State law prohibits smoking in public buildings. (NRS 202.2491). 聽
Procedures
Smoking is prohibited in, near, or adjacent to any entrance or exit of any public building. The 鈥渘o smoking zone鈥� is a minimum of 30 feet, and a smoking location must be far enough away from the entrance or exit of any public building so that no smoke will drift or travel into the building or be smelled by any person entering or exiting the building. Authorized smoking locations must be outdoors in an area that is safe and free from any hazardous chemicals, materials, or conditions. (Nevada State Employee Handbook, revised July 2014) Smokers may also choose to use a sheltered area such as the one to the side of McMullen Hall.
Respect for non-smokers must include common courtesy. 天天看片 had decided that the use of tobacco alternative smoking items such as electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes), hookah pipes, hookah pens or illegal substances will be included within the no smoking policy.
